It  is  extremely  important  that  women   learn  to  do  the breast  self  examination  to  detect  any  changes  in  their  breasts   .

 Women   should     consult  a  doctor  immediately  if   they  note  any  changes    including : nipple   discharge ,inverted  nipple , breast lumps   or  underarm  swollen  lymph  nodes .

Women between  20-39  years  old   should  consult  their  doctors  every  2-3  years    so  they can  examine  her  breasts  to  detect   any  lump  on time ,  women  40  years    or  older should  have  a  mammogram   every year  .

 Women  who  have  family  history  of  breast  cancer  should  begin  to  have  a  yearly  mammogram   earlier .

Breast  cancer  could  be  a deadly  condition  , however  it  can  be  treated  effectively and  successfully     if  women  take  the  proper measures  to  detect  it  on  time .
